Can I pay with cash or check?
We use a fully secure and encrypted payment system that automatically debits the credit or debit card information you have provided. This makes it easy on you to set it and forget it with auto-pay.
Why do you need my email?
In order to be as efficient as possible, we use quite a few automated systems. Your e-mail address gives us the ability to contact you at your convenience, provide you with information about special promotions, and is the primary way that we send estimates and invoices for any work we have done.
Are there late fees?
Good news! Since we use an automated payment system that automatically debits the credit or debit card information you have given us, auto-pay is easy to set up and avoids any late fees. This way, you don’t have to worry about stopping at the bank or even writing out a check. We do assess late fees after 30 days.
How do I sign up?
On the homepage of this website, you are able to enter your basic information into our system. We’ll need just a few key things: Name, Address, Phone Number, and E-Mail Address to get started on your estimate. Please allow 5 business days for your estimate, although we will always try to get back to you same-day. We offer both contract and non-contract billing.
What services do you provide?
Currently, we are accepting clients for weekly lawn mowing, spring and fall cleanups, hedge trimming, and mulch installation & delivery. Unfortunately, we do not provide mowing on a bi-weekly basis due to the amount of growth that occurs with this type of schedule not allowing for the quality cut we always provide.
What if it rains?
During rainy seasons and/or dry seasons, we will skip your mow when appropriate in order to avoid any damage or over-cutting. We will make every attempt to notify you before your scheduled day of service in these situations, either by email or text (if you’ve chosen to provide a cell phone number).
What’s included in a Fall or Spring Clean Up?
Every scheduled clean up receives the following: flower bed blow out, leaf/stick removal (80%-90% removal), and leaf clean up from lawn and garden beds. We can always add on fresh mulch, hedge trimming and other yard work as part of your package.
